Role Overview: As a Logistics Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting site leadership and operational teams in executing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Warehouse Operations: Oversee all non-inventory and IT equipment within the warehouse.
  • Event Preparation: Manage inventory and IT equipment, ensuring readiness for increased demands during peak events.
  • Order Processing: Handle order management through Coupa and P-Card, ensuring timely delivery of goods to requestors and serving as a liaison for all customers.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and support the Inventory and IT team on-site, consisting of 1-6 associates, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with continuous service providers (CSPs) and support change management in various project scopes.
  • Training and Onboarding: Provide training to on-site teams and assist in onboarding new procurement coordinators and IT superusers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Experience in problem-solving and utilizing metrics and data for issue identification.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
  • Strong communication abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in logistics, operations, or customer service environments.
  • Business education or equivalent experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Adaptability and willingness to innovate within the business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of coaching and mentoring others in safety practices.
