Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team at DSV Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG (Road) in Gernsheim. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing logistics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics projects, including budgeting, timeline, and quality control
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports for senior management
  • Project Controlling, including monitoring progress and identifying potential risks and bottlenecks
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Conduct process analysis and implement optimization suggestions to improve project efficiency
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • University degree in Logistics or relevant field, or equivalent experience in the logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and systems
  • Experience working with interdepartmental teams and external partners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
