Data Scientist as Manager of Real-World Data

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist and Manager of Real-World Data, you will design and implement strategies to generate clinical, safety, and economic evidence for medtech products. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate real-world evidence into product development and lifecycle management.

Key Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, public health, data science, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in generating real-world data and evidence, preferably in medtech, pharma, or healthcare
  • Proven experience with real-world data sources and RWE studies for regulatory or HTA purposes
  • Proficiency in statistical programming and data analysis tools, as well as familiarity with RWD platforms
  • Strong knowledge of real-world study designs and global regulatory requirements
  • Expertise in GDPR, data privacy laws, and health economic models with evidence synthesis
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with experience in medtech or digital health solutions
