About You
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HCM software and consulting, with a focus on medium to large enterprise HRIS projects
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence or Time Tracking
Other Qualifications
- Language skills: English and one of the following languages preferred: German, French, Italian or Spanish. Other European languages will be considered.
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR-related systems and processes
- Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products
- Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally
- Capable of leading and influencing design meetings
- Ability to deliver results while managing to a project plan
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with global implementations is preferred
- The ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or related experience required
- Ability to travel up to 25%
