IT Project Leader - Real Estate

As a key player in steering IT initiatives for our internal stakeholders in the property sector, you thrive in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team within our Real Estate Support division and engage in the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT initiatives for our internal stakeholders in the real estate investment sector
  • Advise internal stakeholders on processes and IT assistance with an emphasis on digitalization
  • Drive digital transformation efforts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, software developers, and external partners
  • Enhance and promote agile methodologies

This role is intended as a temporary replacement.

We believe you would be a great fit if you possess the following qualifications:

  • Completed higher education or equivalent training
  • Proven experience in managing intricate IT projects (SAP/SAP-BW), utilizing both traditional and agile approaches
  • Preferably experience in requirements management and in the planning and execution of migrations
  • Knowledge in agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, along with familiarity with ITIL standards; ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • A collaborative spirit, demonstrating appreciation, enthusiasm, and teamwork
