We are seeking a committed Process Owner to oversee our 'Acquire to Retire' process, ensuring that we manage our assets effectively throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of assets, from acquisition through to retirement, while ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal controls.
- ERP System Implementation: Lead a subproject focused on the deployment of our new ERP system, facilitating requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and support for relevant departments.
- Process Optimization: Regularly assess and enhance asset management processes to boost efficiency, pinpointing areas for improvement and executing necessary upgrades.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate periodic reports on asset status, analyze data to uncover risks and opportunities, and assist management in informed decision-making.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Informatics, Digital Business, or Business Process Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience in business process management or auditing, ideally with a background in project work.
- Expertise in Transformation: Strong knowledge in Business Transformation and Change Management, with a genuine interest in digital processes.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities and a methodical, process-driven approach to effectively navigate and enhance complex scenarios.
- Team Collaboration: A reliable team player with proactive communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders and articulating complex concepts in English.
