Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

Effective Identity and Access Management (IAM) is essential to guarantee that only authorized personnel can access sensitive information, utilizing industry-standard solutions for both on-premises and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks aligned with the Cloud IAM strategy.
  • Integrate Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) capabilities with the central IAM system.
  • Develop lifecycle management processes for service accounts and establish governance frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations through robust access control policies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement IAM solutions effectively.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and uphold the principles of Least Privilege.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM processes.
  • Offer guidance and support during audit activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in IAM projects, with a focus on Cloud IAM.
  • Familiarity with widely-used IAM and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Practical experience with IAM services in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Zero Trust principles is advantageous.
  • Experience with IAM/PAM audits is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GCP/Azure are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
