About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Event Manager to join our team at Bank für Sozialwirtschaft Aktiengesellschaft. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events and projects that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event concepts and strategies that meet our company's marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Manage event marketing and promotion efforts, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate event success, making recommendations for future improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
