About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Project Management Associate to join our Future of Work Insights team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting and evolving data-driven decision making across the People & Culture organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of innovative continuous listening programs and people analytics projects, using your analytical skills to help optimize and streamline continuous listening programs and uncover valuable insights from our people data.
- Collaborate with experienced HR professionals and learn from the best in the field within an agile setting.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences, helping us to drive action with our insights.
- Identify trends and apply innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience applying analytical methods common to social sciences to generate insights in the HR domain.
- Fluency in data analysis and wrangling techniques, particularly with R and Python, and experience with packages focusing on machine learning and gen AI.
- Experience with Qualtrics is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
