Project Management Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for project management support and an interest in low-code/no-code build tools. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into our innovative and collaborative organization while playing a key role in contributing to various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management support to our team, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of low-code/no-code build tools, including designing and implementing new features and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of project-related issues and concerns.
Requirements
- Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in project management support or a related field.
- Interest in low-code/no-code build tools and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
- Availability to work on a 20-hour basis as a working student.
- Language skills: English, German as a plus.
About the Team
The Solution & Innovation Experience team is responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's vision and strategy. It acts as a central SWAT team for strategic initiatives and drives key programs.
