Administrative Support Specialist

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's finance department. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including data entry, document review, and communication with internal stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input financial data into systems according to established guidelines.
  • Thoroughly examine submitted documents for financing requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Proactively follow up on any missing information via phone or email, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Support the dealer purchase financing process by reviewing framework contracts, collaborating with field sales staff and partners, and ultimately approving financing requests.

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role within a business environment.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, including the willingness to work rotating shifts (early and late).
  • Proficiency in common Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong teamwork skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
