Your Role

As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the effective execution of our strategic objectives, manage the annual corporate OKRs, and guide our critical project portfolio. Your leadership will extend to managing TOP project managers and OKR owners within the PMO framework.

Your Responsibilities
  • OKR Management: You will take charge of our OKR framework, translating annual corporate objectives into actionable OKRs. Your role will involve ensuring the successful implementation of strategic priorities, optimizing OKRs, and providing support throughout the OKR cycles.
  • Project Portfolio Coordination: You will be responsible for developing and managing our internal strategic project portfolio, collaborating with various divisions and project managers to establish TOP projects, including comprehensive budget and resource planning. Your oversight will ensure that all projects align with our corporate objectives while maintaining effective project controlling.
  • Strategy Process Enhancement: You will facilitate and guide the annual strategy process in collaboration with the Executive Board and management team, implementing methods to continuously refine our strategic approach.
  • Executive Support: Your role will also involve assisting the Executive Board with daily operations and undertaking special projects as needed.
Your Qualifications
  • Experience: You should possess approximately three years of experience in strategic project management, preferably within a technology-driven corporate environment.
  • Expertise: A strong background in the OKR framework is essential, along with experience in its implementation and development.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant project management methodologies, project controlling, and reporting is required. Experience in establishing project management standards is a plus.
  • Tool Proficiency: You should have hands-on experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, and ServiceNow.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills are necessary to identify complex relationships and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills are crucial for conveying complex information clearly and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: You should demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proactive Attitude: A high level of self-motivation and a sense of responsibility are essential for success in this role.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is required.
