Your Responsibilities

  • As a (Senior) Financial Controlling Manager / Comprehensive Bank Management (m/f/d), you will provide consultancy to our clients in the banking industry regarding strategic and operational matters.
  • You will assist in the professional advisory of complex topics related to profit accounting, planning, reporting, and comprehensive bank management while driving digital transformation.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate and support the implementation of the aforementioned areas in collaboration with our colleagues from Technology & Finance Consulting.
  • You will lead teams as a (co-)project manager and serve as a point of contact for clients on-site.
  • Current finance topics such as S/4HANA implementations, ESG, fintechs, management dashboards, blockchain, and artificial intelligence will be part of your interests.
  • You will hold a supervisory role and manage personnel.
  • Various acquisition tasks will also fall within your scope of responsibilities.
Your Profile
  • To become a (Senior) Financial Controlling Manager / Comprehensive Bank Management (m/f/d) with us, you should possess a solid academic background in economics, business administration, information systems, or industrial engineering. A doctorate or professional examinations are appreciated but not mandatory.
  • You have extensive experience in consulting for banks, ideally in the areas of financial controlling, comprehensive bank management, or integrated planning.
  • Moreover, you have several years of experience in leading teams and projects within finance, controlling, and/or comprehensive bank management.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, communication proficiency, and a client-oriented approach define your profile.
  • Ideally, you have substantial experience in developing client relationships and acquiring projects.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
  • Your willingness to travel extensively complements your qualifications.
