Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and passionate IT Data Analyst to join our team at our Headquarter in Brühl. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating needs and delivering solutions using collaboration toolsets, aligning collaboration initiatives with IT and corporate goals, and preparing and creating PowerBI reports.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate business needs and deliver solutions using collaboration toolsets, including Microsoft 365, SQL Management Studio, and PowerBI
- Align collaboration initiatives with IT and corporate goals and strategies
- Prepare and create PowerBI reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Analysis and interpretation of datasets to identify potential improvements
- Integration, transformation, and cleansing of data to Datawarehouse
- Fixing incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate data, managing missing values, identifying and removing outliers
- Provide end-user communications, documentation, training, FAQs, and user adoption activities to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain awareness of current and future industry directions and associated technologies, and make recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems, technologies, and best practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence and process analysis
- Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills paired with technical knowledge
- Communication skills in English (written & verbal) with different stakeholders
- Experience in demand management, project management, and agile working methods
- Development skills in SQL Management Studio, PowerBI, ETL processes
- Interest in state-of-the-art technology and trends (AI)
- Experience in working hands-on, independent, and collaborative in a multicultural environment
