Data Analyst

• Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using collaboration toolsets, including Microsoft 365, SQL Management Studio, and PowerBI.
• Align collaboration initiatives with IT and corporate goals and strategies.
• Prepare and create PowerBI reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Analysis and interpretation of datasets to identify potential improvements.
• Integration, transformation, and cleansing of data to the Datawarehouse.
• Fixing incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate data, managing missing values, identifying and removing outliers.
• Provide end-user communications, documentation, training, FAQs, and user adoption activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain awareness of current and future industry directions and associated technologies, making recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems, technologies, and best practices.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 3 years of BI and process analysis experience.
• Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills paired with technical knowledge.
• Communication skills in English (written & verbal) with different stakeholders.
• Experience in demand management, project management, and agile working methods.
• Development skills in SQL Management Studio, PowerBI, ETL processes.
• Interest in state-of-the-art technology and trends (AI).
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
