Key Responsibilities
- Formulating creative sales strategies for green ammonia in collaboration with the team.
- Discovering and nurturing new business prospects in the ammonia and hydrogen sectors, including potential clients and strategic allies.
- Facilitating and engaging in the development of ammonia business agreements and letters of intent.
- Assisting in the enhancement of essential product features based on market insights, in conjunction with the team.
- Evaluating and refining business cases for ammonia with contributions from various departments (technical, market, legal, regulatory, etc.).
- Providing counsel to prospective clients and gathering feedback on our offerings.
- Leading internal and external workshops and presentations regarding our products.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering.
- Extensive professional experience in developing innovative products, sales strategies, and/or business development.
- Proficiency in conceptualizing new business ideas, with experience in negotiating and drafting client contracts.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and clients at all levels.
- An entrepreneurial mindset capable of integrating diverse customer needs and market trends into valuable business opportunities.
- Preferable, but not mandatory: strong technical background and a wide network in industries such as ammonia, chemicals, fertilizer production, mobility (road, shipping, aviation), or significant sales experience (e.g., natural gas, technical sales).
- Fluent in both German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
