About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Reliability Engineer to join our team at OSB AG. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating reliability and failure analysis reports, developing and implementing safety and reliability strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reliability and safety analysis reports, including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement safety and reliability strategies
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems
  • Conduct training and awareness programs to ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of safety and reliability principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
