Senior Site Manager for Tunnel Engineering

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our underground construction projects. This role involves leading and coordinating various teams to ensure successful project execution in the infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction initiatives within the infrastructure sector.
  • Coordinate project teams effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed work schedules for ongoing construction activities.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Supervise subcontractors, planners, and consultants to ensure project alignment.
  • Inspire and guide project personnel to deliver exceptional results.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage project invoicing and financial documentation.
  • Participate actively in contract negotiations and discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in tunnel construction and engineering projects.
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • Proficient in IT applications relevant to construction management.
  • Strong focus on cost management and profitability.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
