Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at eugato Beratungs- und Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, a subsidiary of Brinkmann Rechtsanwälte. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities- Become the primary point of contact for internal customers/users, providing first- and second-level support for IT-related issues.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues with standardized applications.
- Manage the Active Directory environment and relevant services, ensuring secure and efficient access to company resources.
- Participate actively in projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain configuration and operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Hold a qualified technical degree in a field related to IT, preferably in a field such as computer science or information technology.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Windows Client/Server environment, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
- Bring experience in first- and second-level support, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Have a proven track record of administering Microsoft Windows systems (client and server) for at least three years.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
