About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team at GULP – experts united in Cologne. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the system administration of Windows infrastructures and the applications used.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of Windows systems and applications
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IT-related issues
  • Analyze and resolve escalated problems
  • Plan and implement changes to IT systems
  • Update and maintain system documentation
  • Collaborate with customers on projects such as updating and expanding infrastructures
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience as an IT system administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, group policies, networks, and MS Office
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Strong service and consulting orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
