Job Description

We're seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer/Graphic Designer to join our growth marketing team. As a professional in web design and development, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing websites and landing pages using tools like WordPress, Webflow, and Figma.

You'll execute ideas, create high-performing interfaces, and collaborate with multiple teams to achieve business goals like lead generation and conversion optimization. Your toolset will include:

  • Website: WordPress built with Elementor
  • Landing Pages: Webflow or other landing page builders
  • Designs: Figma
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and continuously optimize the current website for better user experience and higher conversion rates
  • Design and build new website pages by customizing and extending WordPress themes, using plugins to meet project requirements
  • Ensure responsive accessibility, optimal performance, and security, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs on WordPress
  • Design and develop high-converting landing pages with a tool of your choice, ensuring tracking codes are set and third-party tools can be easily implemented
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for your designs to boost conversions and analyze performance metrics to adjust your work
  • Familiarity with user journey mapping and the use of evaluation tools to enrich your designs
  • Design visually appealing work related to performance ads, social media content, event assets, and print designs
  • Uphold design guidelines and enhance our existing design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our online presence
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience in WordPress, ideally with Elementor
  • Solid examples of work for fintechs, SaaS, or other technological companies with a good understanding of Growth and Marketing
  • Experience with Webflow or other landing page builders to set up fast campaign activities
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices, with knowledge of current design trends in web design
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Ability to work independently in an agile and creative environment while enjoying collaborating with colleagues
  • Highly organized, with a successful track record of project delivery and attention to detail to ensure flawless quality
What's a Great Addition to Your Experience?
  • Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping in Figma
  • Proficiency in using Webflow to create performing designs
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
