Business Analyst Divisional Controlling Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Divisional Controlling Specialist to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our Divisional Controlling team, you will be responsible for providing business partner support to all functions within Division Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly closure, forecasting, and risk management processes
- Develop and maintain divisional reporting and analysis tools
- Support divisional ad-hoc tasks and projects, such as new market entries and SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Analyze operational and financial data to improve transparency and business performance
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or controlling
- Expertise in working with SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- Good understanding of commercial structures and processes
- Strong communication, moderation, and assertive skills
- Precise, independent, and structured way of working
- Fluent in English and German
