Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at Avery Dennison. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the operation, testing, maintenance, and repairing of all electrical and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, test, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including two coating machines and two cutting machines, PLC-controlled.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot errors in the production process, identifying the root cause and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor the function of all controls and process control systems throughout the company.
  • Support spare parts management by documenting replaced components.
  • Contribute to the implementation of business-related projects.
Requirements:
  • Vocational training as a mechatronics engineer, industrial electronics engineer, or comparable training.
  • Knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrics.
  • Experience in maintenance and servicing of industrial machinery, with knowledge of electro-/pneumatic controls and PLC programming an advantage.
  • Fluent knowledge of German.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly, with a willingness to work shifts.
