Senior Brand Marketing Manager

In recent years, they have generated significant funds for social initiatives, reflecting their commitment to positive impact.
Position: Brand Media Manager
Compensation: €70,000-€80,000
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in-office per quarter
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead TV-Centric Campaigns: Design, implement, and refine comprehensive media strategies with a primary focus on television.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly assess campaign effectiveness, delivering thorough reports on key performance indicators.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Forge and nurture connections with media agencies, sales houses, and other collaborators.
- Explore New Media Avenues: Investigate and evaluate emerging media channels to broaden audience engagement.
- Creative Collaboration: Ensure that media outputs resonate with the brand's core message and values in conjunction with the creative team.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand media management, particularly with a focus on television.
- A relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of the German media landscape and its trends.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign results and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
