Electrical Engineering Master

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operational integrity of technical systems and apparatus through interdisciplinary knowledge in electrical engineering (MSR, GLT, low voltage)
  • Oversee the execution of all mandatory inspections, adherence to regulations, and maintenance within the electrical engineering sector
  • Supervise on-site electrical teams, organize schedules, manage data, and support maintenance planning
  • Address malfunctions and defects, delegate work orders to internal or external teams, and coordinate until resolution and billing are finalized
  • Monitor and enhance energy and resource flows
  • Provide guidelines for external personnel regarding safety regulations and security
  • Educate team members on occupational health and safety protocols
  • Manage material procurement and ordering, including tools
  • Collaborate with external service providers on technical and organizational issues
  • Offer technical assistance for construction initiatives and participate in third-party project acceptance
  • Engage in on-call duties as per established guidelines
  • Participate in official inspections and acceptance processes
  • Review and verify invoices
  • Track deadlines and budgetary constraints

Required Qualifications

  • Certification as a Master Electrician
  • Qualifications for VATTENFALL installation directory registration
  • Authorization for operations up to 10 kV
  • In-depth understanding of VOB law and HOAI billing practices
  • Familiarity with regulations pertaining to hospital technology
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, SP-Expert, SAP, and CAFM
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  • Positive and approachable demeanor with effective communication skills
