In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Key Account Manager in allen Aspekten der Kundenbetreuung und tragen zur Erstellung von Angeboten bei. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für kleinere Kunden und entwickeln Ihre Fähigkeiten im aktiven Key Account Management weiter.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Key Account Manager im gesamten Kundenbetreuungsprozess
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung kleinerer Kunden im RTG-Universum
  • Initiierung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Verbesserung der Kundenbeziehungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Customer Service, Demand Planning und Logistik zur Gewährleistung der Warenverfügbarkeit
  • Korrespondenz mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Pflege von Preis- und Artikellisten sowie Prüfung von Kaufverträgen
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • Koordination von Aktionen und Überwachung der Aktionspläne in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Manager

Erwartungen an den Kandidaten

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Konsumgüterindustrie
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Selbstständige, systematische und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • Ausgezeichnete rhetorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
