We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer Customer Identity to join our team and contribute to the development of sustainable technology solutions that meet the energy challenges of tomorrow.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • As a lead engineer, you'll be responsible for our group-wide solution for customer identity management based on Auth0.
  • Ensure smooth operations and steady development to scale up the number of managed customers to 50 million.
  • Collaborate with the CIAM product team to define and establish the technical base of solutions.

Your Profile

  • Relevant experience with Auth0 (Okta CIC) is essential, with certifications from Okta/Auth0 a plus.
  • Familiarity with development tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and SonarQube.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation, preferably using Selenium.
  • Strong understanding of API design and development, authentication, and workflows.
  • Ability to work in an international, decentralized DevOps team and drive technical development.
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive the best solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
