Strategic Finance Analyst

We are currently looking for a skilled Financial Analyst / Controller to enhance our Finance Team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee budgeting, planning, financial reporting, and data analysis to align with the company's strategic objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the budgeting, planning, and forecasting initiatives
  • Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Generate financial reports and analytical insights for management
  • Employ Data Mining techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and discrepancies
  • Design and execute Predictive Analytics models
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools to develop dashboards and reports
  • Identify and implement process enhancements for operational efficiency
  • Support the automation of financial workflows
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards
  • Deliver analyses and strategic recommendations to management
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Additional certifications in Controlling or Data Mining are advantageous
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Controlling role
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficient in MS-Office and Business Intelligence applications
  • Programming skills are a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in both German and English
