Entry-Level Strategic Planning Analyst

As a Junior Analyst in Strategic Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of Logistics & Production and various teams across Europe to collect, prepare, and analyze data for our executive management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives related to data analysis, modeling, and operational performance.
- Enhance, refine, and sustain our logistics and production models along with the reporting framework.
- Support country Vice Presidents and their teams in identifying and modeling business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Production & Logistics Director and their teams to assess and plan staffing requirements.
- Evaluate data, pinpoint potential quality issues, devise action plans to address these issues, and drive initiatives with stakeholders across Europe.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a University degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Possess strong analytical skills complemented by excellent proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of corporate finance with a willingness to engage in cost and revenue analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively, not just through data but also verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
