Job Overview:
As a Merchant Imaging Specialist, your primary focus will be on enhancing the visual representation of restaurant partners within the Wolt platform. You will serve as a vital link between our partners and the Wolt team, ensuring that we achieve optimal photo coverage and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Development: Create and implement training resources for team members utilizing imaging tools and software. This includes both internal staff and external partners, requiring exceptional communication and instructional skills.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work alongside local teams and Wolt partners to strategize and execute imaging initiatives aimed at refining processes and tools. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data collected from imaging projects to derive actionable insights. Proficiency in lean methodologies and documentation is necessary.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the imaging sector through conferences, literature, and ongoing education to enhance your expertise.
  • Guideline Management: Develop and maintain style guides to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with Wolt standards and relevant regulations.
  • Image Acquisition: Serve as a subject matter expert in the image capture process, ensuring that images are accurately captured, processed, and uploaded.
  • Image Editing: Utilize basic image editing software to enhance and manipulate images as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure that all images meet established standards of excellence.
