About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our operations in Remscheid, Solingen, and Velbert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of our sites, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on operational performance and key metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the glass industry.
- Strong operational management skills, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
