Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Associate, you will cultivate and maintain relationships with Agents and Customers. You will proactively explore new market opportunities and ensure prompt communication of pricing, regulations, and innovations to our agents.

Your responsibilities will include generating weekly and monthly performance reports. These documents will track sales activities against established targets, highlighting both successful and underperforming results. Furthermore, you will offer suggestions for alternative sales approaches to address any negative outcomes as needed.

Building and sustaining strong relationships with agents in your designated area will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will concentrate on enhancing regional sales and evaluating the potential of newly introduced routes. Keeping your supervisors informed about competitor airline policies will also be essential.

Staying informed about current marketing trends and observing the strategies of other airlines in the market will be vital. Your insights and recommendations will play a significant role in our ongoing growth and success.

You will have the exciting chance to represent Turkish Airlines at tourism exhibitions and trade shows. These events will provide you with the opportunity to highlight our exceptional services and connect with prospective customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil aviation or tourism.
  • Proficiency in English and local language(s).
  • Possession of a work permit or citizenship in the respective country.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
