About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager SHK to join our team at MAUSS Haustechnik. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex building projects with a focus on Sanitär-, Heizung- und Klimatechnik.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular project updates and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a project management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or similar.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
