Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Prinzing Gebäudetechnik. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects related to ventilation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage and monitor project progress on site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Customer and Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers on site, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Material and Equipment Disposition: Responsible for the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, measurements, execution, billing, and revision documents, as well as coordinate site personnel and subcontractors.
- Commissioning and Quality Control: Participate in commissioning and ensure that all work meets the required quality standards.
- Additional Services: Create documentation for additional services, such as maintenance and repair.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Education: Completed training as a Master, Technician, or Engineering degree in Building Technology.
- Experience: Extensive experience in construction management or handling building technical systems in Ventilation, with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership: Experience in team leadership and the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
- Previous Experience: Possible experience in previous positions such as Construction Manager, Construction Coordinator, Construction Project Manager, or Construction Projects Manager.
