Account Manager - DACH

IC Resources is seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee operations in the DACH region, focusing on electronic sensor solutions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work within Germany, with occasional travel expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet volume, revenue, and market share objectives.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to nurture current relationships and uncover new business prospects.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports following client visits.
  • Address customer inquiries related to both commercial and technical aspects.
  • Strengthen and grow partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Project future sales with current and prospective clients.
  • Maintain the company CRM with updated budget information.
  • Collect and analyze customer data, including organizational structures and market standings.
  • Conduct market analysis in the Audio, Video, and connected devices sectors to identify potential clients.
  • Gather insights on trade shows attended by potential or existing clients.
  • Research competitor activities to evaluate market positioning.
  • Spot new market opportunities and emerging product trends.
  • Enhance knowledge in acoustics and sensor technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German (minimum B2 level), with a keen interest in the DACH market.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Proactive approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Preference for roles involving sales, business negotiations, and organizational skills.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Technical knowledge or interest in electronics is a plus.
