YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
At P&G, collaborative relationships with our retail partners are crucial for the sustained growth and success of our shared business. You will serve as the vital link between our innovative offerings, strategic marketing efforts, and retail partners.
Utilize your initiative and creativity. From Day 1, you will be entrusted with your own projects, contributing to the team and the business you are part of. Through these projects, you will gain insights into our operations and the Sales function: generating new concepts to implement our product and promotional strategies at the Point of Sale. We analyze sales and shopper data to uncover sales opportunities and derive essential insights to sustainably enhance the category and our brands. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across various functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Product Supply) to broaden your knowledge, meet customer needs, and achieve your project goals. We are eager to hear your ideas.
Within the Sales division, you may join P&G in one of three teams: Key Account Management, Market Strategy Management, or Category Management. Each career path varies based on the unique skills, interests, and aspirations you bring. Your significant impact and ongoing development will foster a successful career with us.
Candidate Profile
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You are a bachelor’s or master’s student with at least 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic performance.
- You are available for a duration of 3-6 months.
- You exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.
- You work effectively with diverse groups by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- You are familiar with the DACH market and its retail landscape.
- You can communicate proficiently in English and German (both written and spoken).
- Previous work experience, internships, and studies abroad are considered advantageous.
