Student Assistant in Organizational and Process Consulting

As a Student Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Organizational and Process Consulting, you will lay the foundation for your career by engaging in challenging tasks that support our clients in modernizing their business processes and structures. You will focus on process consulting and optimization in areas such as Finance, IT, or Supply Chain Management, helping to identify improvement potentials enabled by digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities

- Assist your team in advising clients on aligning their organization and business processes in areas such as procurement, supply chain management, production, sales, finance, or compliance.
- Participate in identifying cost drivers and contribute to highlighting improvement potentials, particularly through digitalization and automation.
- Gain insights into project management, contribute to project reviews, and support the implementation of organizational transformations.
- Assist in risk-oriented analysis, development and enhancement of integrated management systems, and the design and implementation of governance and compliance structures.
- You will join us as a Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Organizational and Process Consulting with at least three completed semesters in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Natural Sciences.
- You bring relevant work experience from previous internships, for example, in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management, (IT) Project Management, or Sales.
- You have a keen interest in digitalization projects aimed at reorganization, cost, or process optimization, particularly regarding the requirements for strategy, organization, processes, and IT.
- You are proficient in German and English at a B2 level, and knowledge of a programming language is an advantage.
