IT Infrastructure Specialist

Bishop GmbH is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in the aerospace sector. We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for the following role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing IT network architectures, including IP backbones and security systems
  • Developing and executing technical specifications for client projects
  • Leading technical initiatives and resolving network issues
  • Utilizing network management tools to assess network capacity and performance metrics
  • Engaging in research and development, as well as customer projects, employing agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe

Personal Attributes:

  • High level of accountability, resilience, and organizational capabilities

Educational Background:

  • Relevant qualification, ideally a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Professional Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Engineering or Systems Engineering

Language Proficiency:

  • Proficient in both German and English

Additional Skills:

  • Technical expertise in IT networking (e.g., Router/Firewall configurations, VLAN management, Network Monitoring)
  • Experience in network management, preferably with CISCO CCNA Certification
