Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the software development team.
  • Facilitate the translation of client needs into actionable IT solutions.
  • Oversee both internal and external development teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Design, evaluate, and maintain software applications within the banking sector.
  • Organize and conduct client meetings and training sessions.
  • Manage marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Implement agile methodologies in project management and product ownership.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a comparable qualification.
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector, especially banking.
  • Proven experience in Requirements Engineering.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
  • Background in product management and IT project execution.
  • Experience in leading workshops and delivering software demonstrations.
  • A customer-centric approach, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
