Your Role
In this internship, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic work environment that continuously adapts to evolving challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively participating in our team to document ongoing projects and deliverables.
- Establishing and designing our Project Management framework, encompassing both our internal projects and those where we are stakeholders.
- Conducting process and impact analyses of current projects to identify deliverables, stakeholders, and timeline interdependencies.
- Creating essential project visualizations to ensure alignment of information among all involved parties.
- Facilitating effective Project Management communication and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Investigating the organizational structure to identify relevant stakeholders and requirements within our headquarters.
- Developing a proposal for a comprehensive project management framework that integrates both structural and media components.
