We are currently seeking a Customs Compliance Analyst (m/w/d) to join our Customs Trade Compliance team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review and Approval of CTC Workflows:
- Origin
- Customs Tariff Number
- Export Control
- Examination and Maintenance of:
- Certificates of Origin and Supplier Declarations
- Sanction Lists
- Preparation of Preference Calculations
- Management of Returned Goods
- Ensuring Compliance and Implementation:
- Legal Regulations
- Internal Directives and Policies
- Support and Training:
- Development and Organization of Internal Training Sessions
- Creation of Process Descriptions
- Assistance with Customs Inquiries: Export and Import Regulations and Specific Country Requirements for Other Departments
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Customs, Foreign Trade, or Freight Forwarding
- Proficient in SAP, Atlas, with experience in tariff classifications and preference calculations
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel
- Structured and organized working style
- Excellent communication skills
