With a great love for detail, a huge passion for top-class beer and regional and international cuisine, Suberg's bei Boente opened its doors in 2011 with 300 indoor seats and 320 seats in the beer garden. Our in-house brewery located in the picturesque old town of Recklinghausen invites its guests not only to culinary delights in a warm atmosphere, but also to our freshly tapped Boente beers, which we brew with pride ourselves.
Our brewery regularly hosts events, such as joint Bundesliga viewing, BoenteJazz, historical town tours, atmospheric parties, but also private and corporate events. Our cozy beer garden and inviting tavern invite you to spend a nice time with friends and family.
Your Tasks
- Preparation and presentation of dishes in the à la carte business
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, cleanliness, and given standards
- Inventory control of kitchen supplies
- Collaboration with the kitchen and service staff for a smooth workflow
- Representation of the head chef
- Ordering of supplies
- Menu compilation
Your Profile
- You already bring experience from the kitchen as a chef
- Creativity and passion for food and cooking
- Good knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Teamwork, camaraderie, flexibility
