Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Community Engagement Manager (m/w/d), der bereit ist, Teil einer aufregenden Transformation in der Hotellerie zu werden. Bei Revo denken wir Hotellerie neu und kombinieren die besten Elemente aus der Welt der Hotels und Service-Apartments mit einem einzigartigen Lebensgefühl.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste, insbesondere für unsere Langzeitgäste, und begleitest sie während ihres gesamten Aufenthalts.
  • Du gestaltest unvergessliche Gästeerlebnisse und sorgst dafür, dass sich jeder willkommen fühlt.
  • Du organisierst spannende Community-Events, die das Miteinander fördern.
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei Bedarf und hilfst bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen.

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist ein leidenschaftlicher Gastgeber.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Gästebetreuung oder im Langzeitsegment sind von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest strukturiert.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität zeichnen dich aus.
