Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role demands expertise in event management, business development, and digital project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive project plans, managing project tracker sheets, and coordinating event planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Create and manage project tracker sheets, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient communication.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning, including setup, execution, and post-event activities.
- Develop business opportunities and drive project initiatives, fostering growth and innovation.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
- Ensure timely updates and storage of project-related documents, maintaining a secure and organized project environment.
- Efficiently manage task delegation and workflow using project management tools, streamlining project execution and delivery.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events and projects, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and growth.
- Availability to travel and work onsite for events as needed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record with 2+ years of experience in project management, event management, business development, and digital project execution.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
- Valid working permit in Germany, with a willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.
