HR Analytics Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Analytics team as an HR Analytics Assistant. In this role, you will support the development and configuration of our leading system Workday, contributing to the digital transformation of HEIDELBERG.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation: Assist in the further development and configuration of Workday, actively contributing to HEIDELBERG's digital transformation.
- Reporting: Collaborate with our reporting experts to contribute to various reports and analyses.
- Project Management: Gain valuable experience in HR project management and contribute to various projects.
- HR Systems: Provide direct user support and create training materials and documentation to assist national and international colleagues in working with Workday.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/w/d) in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on personal or IT-related fields, such as economics or social sciences, (business) informatics, or digital business.
- High IT affinity and curiosity about new technologies and working methods.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- First practical experiences, preferably in an HR or controlling-related field.
- Analytical skills and precise working style.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Team skills.
