About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at SYNCREON. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for a wide range of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Work closely with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Deploy and configure PC desktops and laptops, including imaging, application installation, and data transfers.
- Perform minor desktop hardware repairs and troubleshoot issues with PC equipment and peripherals.
- Log and track support calls, identifying trends and escalating issues as necessary.
- Document resolutions and update the knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Utilize IT service management tools, such as Jira Service Desk, to manage and track support requests.
Requirements
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
