Your Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and pre-select bearings during disassembly
  • Clean bearings and components (mechanical pre-cleaning, automatic cleaning with the washing machine, drying of bearings)
  • Inspect individual parts and complete bearings using corresponding inspection tools
  • Replace defective components, apply lubricants, conserve, and assemble the bearing according to the cleanliness specification, polish and hone bearing surfaces, hone intermediate rings and components
  • Check main dimensions after assembly and package for shipping, if necessary, deliver the bearing to the customer
  • Perform all necessary documentation and administrative tasks
  • Adapt hone intermediate rings, including measuring and determining
  • Develop and implement quality measures to ensure a zero-defect rate
  • Create measurement protocols and implement corresponding measures

Your Profile

  • Training in a metalworking trade (e.g. machine and systems operator)
  • Professional experience and knowledge in bearing production
  • Independent and quality-conscious work, high engagement, and flexibility
  • Safe handling of MS Office and SAP
  • Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
