Transparent Hiring is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer / Architect (m/f/d) who is proficient in German to become a part of our innovative team. This is a full-time, permanent role.

We offer assistance with relocation for candidates from abroad, including visa applications for family members.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and improving quality.
  • Providing expert guidance on the ERP system landscape, particularly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related products.
  • Coordinating and executing system migrations alongside internal teams and external partners.
  • Documenting user issues and establishing best practices to mitigate future errors.
Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

  • At least two years of experience in ERP systems development, configuration, and support, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies, including C/AL, AL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience in developing and utilizing API interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office tools and PowerShell.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1).
