Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Position Overview: We are looking for a proficient and knowledgeable Business Central Functional Consultant to become a vital part of our innovative team. In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating business workflows, deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, and offering continuous support and expertise to our clients. Your skills in business analysis, solution architecture, and project oversight will be crucial in achieving successful implementations and enhancing operational efficiencies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments of client business workflows and needs to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
- Engage with clients to grasp their business objectives and translate them into functional specifications and solution frameworks.
- Set up, tailor, and execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to align with client demands and expectations.
- Facilitate workshops, training programs, and user acceptance testing to guarantee effective utilization of the deployed solutions.
- Deliver ongoing assistance and expertise to clients after implementation, including resolving issues, addressing user questions, and enhancing system functionality.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Business Central solutions with current systems and applications.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies, sharing insights with team members.
- Engage in pre-sales initiatives, including solution showcases, proposal development, and client presentations, to support business growth efforts.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant or in a comparable position, focusing on the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes across various sectors, preferably in e-commerce and logistics, with the capability to analyze and enhance workflows.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities, encompassing finance, supply chain management, sales, and operations.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing Business Central modules, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Robust project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver outcomes within budgetary limits.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or associated technologies are highly advantageous.
