About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Backend Engineer to join our Architecture team at Doctolib. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing the backend technologies that support our engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of components and frameworks used by other Doctolib engineering teams
  • Contribute to setting technical vision and defining the roadmap for the next quarters
  • Implement changes in Java and possibly Ruby and Typescript
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the way we work
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong technical writing skills on Backend development and Platform knowledge
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • A "user first" mindset and a passion for creating technologies and solutions that enhance the day-to-day work of our engineers
